Our helpdesk requires verification of an email address in order to create an account in our support system. It doesn't have to be a Riseup address, any email will do. If you need to open a help ticket but don't have access to an email or don't want to use an email address, just click on this button and you will receive credentials that will allow you to log in as a guest with a unique account. To see the response to the help ticket you will need to keep the credentials - make sure to save them somewhere!
Warning: if you want to receive your reply by email, you need to create a support account with that email address.
